The Marketing and Communications department shapes how the world sees and connects with the College. We are seeking an experienced people and operations lead to provide structure, consistency and momentum across our marketing, communications and digital activity.
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Marketing and Communications Operations Manager will drive day‑to‑day operational excellence and support strategic delivery. The role ensures effective workflows, efficient use of resources, quality control and the successful delivery of high‑impact campaigns. The postholder will also oversee market research to provide insight into audiences, market trends and competitor activity.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong marketing and communications experience, proven people management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the College, including Admissions, Development, Heads of School and other colleagues contributing to external messaging.
