School Secretary and Receptionist providing administrative support, attendance management and a professional front‑of‑house service for the Junior School. Works with pupils, parents and staff to keep the school organised and welcoming.
We are seeking a School Secretary and Receptionist to support the Junior School for June 2026 . The role provides secretarial, receptionist and administrative support, helping the Junior School run smoothly and offering a warm and professional welcome to pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Key duties include managing enquiries, supporting pupil attendance, assisting with communication about after‑school activities, using school IT systems, and providing administrative support to the Junior School Registrar. The post‑holder will also support major Junior School events, including up to four Saturdays a year for Open Days and Assessment Mornings.
This is a term‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:45pm, with some flexibility depending on school needs.

Interview Dates:
1st round interviews will take place online on Thursday, 16 April 2026
2nd round interviews will take place on site on Wednesday, 22 April 2026
The induction days will take place during the week beginning Monday, 18 May 2026
