Dulwich College is seeking an Senior School Registrar to successfully deliver the admissions process. The role will ensure accurate records, clear communication and the smooth organisation of examinations, interviews and admissions events, while working closely with colleagues across the College to support a seamless transition for new pupils.
Dulwich College is seeking an Senior School Registrar to support the Director of Admissions and Head of Designated School in the effective and successful delivery of the School admissions process.
The successful candidate will provide a professional, responsive and welcoming service to prospective families, schools and external agents, acting as a key point of contact throughout the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to acceptance.
The initial focus will be on 16+ admissions, including both day and boarding, with wider responsibility for supporting admissions across the Senior School. The role will coordinate and administer all aspects of the admissions process, including examinations, interviews, admissions events, and the management of applicant records and data.
The role will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of the entry process, including examinations, interviews, admissions events and the management of applicant records and data. The initial focus will be on 16+ admissions, including both day and boarding, with wider responsibility for supporting admissions across the Senior School. The role will work closely with colleagues across the College, the Senior School Registrar will ensure that admissions information is accurate, processes are well organised and communication is timely and effective. The role will also support the smooth transition of new pupils following acceptance, ensuring that all relevant information is coordinated and shared appropriately, and contributing to an outstanding experience for pupils and their families from their first contact with the College.
Hours of work
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Term Time Only, plus an additional 10 days during the holidays.
