We are looking for an exceptional teacher who exudes confidence, embraces a flexible, can‑do attitude, and brings a strong understanding of educational technology to join our Sports Department from September 2026.
In this role, you will plan and deliver high‑quality lessons across PE, Games and Swimming, ensuring that pupils are challenged, motivated and supported in their physical development.
You will take responsibility for the training, coaching and management of school teams, playing a key role in nurturing sporting excellence and enthusiasm. As an ambassador for sport within the school, you will uphold and promote our strong sporting ethos and reputation. A willingness to contribute fully to the school’s extracurricular life is essential, as you will be involved in a wide range of activities beyond the classroom.
Applications are welcomed from teachers who hold QTS or a PGCE and can demonstrate successful experience teaching PE and Games to pupils in Key Stages 1 & 2. Candidates should also hold current coaching certificates and bring a genuine commitment to fostering a Love of Learning in every child. Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, Saturday working is an essential part of this role.
