The Headmaster and CEO of Eltham College Family of Schools is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious Campaigns and Digital Officer to develop outstanding marketing and content campaigns that are in keeping with the profile of one of the UK's leading schools. In this exciting new role, working across Eltham College, its Junior School, and Blackheath Prep, you'll be our expert in audience engagement and reach, working primarily across digital and social media platforms but also traditional channels such as print and outdoor. You'll bring strategic thinking and innovation to our media and campaign planning and lead in ensuring our websites and other digital platforms deliver a first-rate customer experience.
.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you'll become part of a team with expertise in design, branding, photography and visual content, editorial and video storytelling, events, forward planning, and data analysis, and as a consummate team player, you'll be inspired by the chance to create truly market-leading work through collaboration. The post may suit a recent marketing, digital marketing or media graduate; this is a broad-ranging role, but training can be given to fill in any gaps in skills or experience.
.
Eltham College is a highly successful independent day school in south-east London, educating boys and girls aged 7 to 18 across both Junior and Senior Schools. The College has grown considerably over recent years: there are now over 800 students in the Senior School and around 260 pupils in the Junior School and places are heavily oversubscribed. Since 2020, girls have been able to join Years 3 and 7, mirroring the Sixth Form which has been coeducational for over 45 years. The school places an equal emphasis on academic, pastoral and co-curricular excellence and has an outstanding reputation in all three areas as well as for the friendly, unpretentious nature of daily life.
.
Whilst a practitioner with significant appropriate professional experience would be our ideal candidate (and a competitive salary, commensurate with such experience, is offered), we are committed to developing new talent, and applications are also welcome from ambitious, creative recent graduates in an appropriate field. Training and exposure to the full range of marketing skills will be given in this case to kickstart an early-stage marketing career: skills which are entirely transferable to brands and sectors beyond education.
.

.
Application closing date: 8am on Monday 02 November 2026
Interviews to take place week commencing 09 November 2026
(Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date and Eltham College reserves the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made).
.
We welcome applications from all parts of our community as we aspire to attract staff that match the social and cultural diversity of our student intake. Candidates will be assessed against relevant criteria only (i.e. skills, qualifications, abilities, experience).
