Queen’s is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead and develop the HR function across both our Senior and Prep Schools.

Queen’s College, London is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead and develop the HR function across both our Senior and Prep Schools. Located just behind Oxford Street, we are a thriving independent day school with a proud history of educating girls since 1848.

This is a varied and influential role, suited to an HR leader who is comfortable operating across the full spectrum of HR activity, from recruitment through to reward while embedding effective processes and providing expert guidance to senior leadership on best practice.

Working closely with the Bursar, Co-Heads of the Prep, and the Principal, the Head of HR will play a key role in shaping and fostering a strong, values-driven HR culture and ethos at Queen’s. The position combines strategic input with a hands-on approach, requiring someone who is pragmatic, commercially aware, and equally attuned to the College’s charitable and educational mission.

This is a part-time role and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidate.
