We are currently seeking to fill the position of Event Assistant - Repton Enterprises.

Location:  Repton Enterprises

Contract Type:  Casual, all year round.

Hours of work: This is a casual position. Hours will meet the demands of the events planned

Salary: £15.69 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the successful delivery of events across Repton School. Working as part of the Enterprises team, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly, safely and to an exceptionally high standard.

This is a practical and front‑facing position that involves assisting with event set‑ups and take‑downs, providing high‑quality front of house and customer service, managing car parking to ensure the safe and efficient flow of visitors, and supporting licensed bar service when required. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
