We are currently seeking to fill the position of Teacher of Physics at Leicester Grammar School.

From September 2026, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time (0.7 FTE) Teacher of Physics, to become part of our successful team, and to contribute to the wider life of the School. This position has become available following the promotion of the current post holder.

Our ideal candidate would be passionate in their teaching of Physics and able to demonstrate broad subject knowledge, enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others. The successful candidate would be expected to teach Physics up to and including A-level. The ability to also contribute to the co-curricular life of the School would be an expectation.

We are happy to consider both experienced candidates and those who are at an early stage of their career or considering training to become a teacher with the schools support, via the University of Buckingham PGCE.
