Oundle School is seeking an experienced Departmental Secretary, that will provide exceptional administrative support for several academic departments.
The Role
The Departmental Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to various academic departments within the school, including:
Classics
Economics
English
Government & Politics
History
Mathematics
Sciences
Working within the Academic Support team, the role holder will report to the Deputy Head Academic and the Head of STEM, but take direction from the relevant Heads of Department on a daily basis.
The role is to work term time plus 17 days, which is 36.4 weeks per annum (paid for 41.33 weeks, to include entitlement to holiday pay).
Hours: The hours of work are 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The exact hours will be agreed with your line manager.
Salary: £13,968 actual (£25,563 FTE)

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
