Warwick Schools Foundation is the Governing Body for Warwick Junior School, Warwick School, Warwick Preparatory School, King's High School, and The Kingsley School.

Warwick Schools Foundation has two sites; a 55-acre enclosed campus in Warwick, and a site in Leamington Spa. Warwick Preparatory School, Warwick Junior School and Warwick Senior School are based on the Warwick site, while The Kingsley School is based on the Leamington Spa site.

The schools are individual but benefit from the strength and support of the Foundation.
