The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher and have excellent communication and people skills, a positive mindset, and a forward-thinking approach to primary education. Whilst understanding the importance of oracy in a child’s learning development, they will also be skilled in ensuring pupils are challenge through critical thinking opportunities.
They will demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of a strong start to a child’s educational journey and be highly skilled in working with parents.
