We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and innovative part-time English Teacher to join a vibrant and successful English department in a thriving school. We are looking for candidates able to offer part-time work (up to 0.75 of a timetable) and we can be flexible about the precise allocation for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be able to teach pupils across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 and to inspire a love of English in their pupils.
The successful candidate will be a skilled practitioner, able to teach English to a very high standard. They will inspire a genuine interest in all facets of the subject and will contribute with enthusiasm to the thriving co-curricular life of the department and school, including clubs and trips.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and talented practitioner to make full use of their skills and share their subject knowledge. Our highly successful department is comprised of ten members of staff, all of whom contribute significantly to the School’s core goal of preparing changemakers of the future.
