Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the School, aligned with our values and strategic priorities.
• Lead and inspire staff, promoting a culture of respect, achievement, and wellbeing.
• Ensure a high-quality, broad curriculum that prepares pupils for a rapidly changing world.
• Oversee safeguarding, pastoral care, and the wellbeing of pupils and staff.
• Drive innovation in teaching and learning, including the integration of emerging technologies.
• Manage resources effectively and collaborate on financial planning and marketing strategies.
• Act as an ambassador for the School, strengthening community and external partnerships. Engage with parents and stakeholders to further develop the Longridge community.
