This is much more than a day-to-day management role. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and inspirational Early Years professional, who will bring energy, warmth and creative vision to our Nursery, while ensuring that every child receives an outstanding start to their educational journey.
As Nursery Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.
Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team, you will lead the strategic and operational development of Magic Tree Nursery, building on its existing strengths, while bringing your own creative ideas and ambitions for the future.
You will lead and inspire a committed team of Early Years practitioners, champion the highest standards of care and education, and ensure that our children remain at the centre of everything we do.
You will also play an important role in strengthening relationships with families, developing our Nursery community and helping to ensure that Magic Tree Nursery continues to be a first-choice setting for families in the local area.
