In a busy and bustling Front Office, at the heart of the School, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for acting as the Headmistress’ first point of contact, managing the immediate and long-term diary, maintaining and completing the key administrative processes and systems, and carrying out crucial communicative duties on her behalf.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with noteworthy time-management, efficiency and attention to detail.

Excellent relationship-building skills are at the core of this role, aided by a high level of literacy and articulation, and technological expertise.

o maintain very high professional standards, including confidentiality and discretion, are essential. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills, warmth, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm, self-assured, and composed in all situations is required for success in this role.

Rporting to: The Headmistress

Start Date: 24 August 2026

Hours of Work: Term Time only plus 4 week

Full Time permanent role, working from 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
