We are seeking a warm, organised and finance-literate School Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. Kindness and care for children are central to everything we do, and we are privileged to look after the children entrusted to us by our families.
Reporting to the Operation Director and working closely with the Headteacher, this is a varied, people-facing role supporting the smooth running of the school office.
Key Requirements:
- Payroll and employment contract experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft 365
- Liaising with central finance
- Excellent organisation and discretion
- A flexible, can-do approach and good sense of humour
Experience in a school or independent education setting and use of iSAMS or similar MIS would be an advantage but is not essential.
