Set in 60 acres of beautiful parkland within walking distance of Reading town centre but only 30 minutes from central London and Heathrow airport, Leighton Park is home to a vibrant learning community for boys and girls from age 11 to 18, where students have time and space to live, learn and grow.

From ages 11 to 18, students benefit from an academically rigorous and innovative curriculum where they are encouraged to think independently, creatively and critically. Students have access to a broad curriculum and subject options at GCSE and in the Sixth Form where students can choose between the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and A Levels. The sciences, mathematics and the creative arts, including music and art, are particular strengths of the school.

Flexibility in the length of the school day, with options between 7.30am and 9pm for day pupils, and the provision of over ten school transport routes, are designed to support parents with increasingly busy lives. Full, weekly and flexi boarders and day students all benefit from the vast range of extra-curricular activities, excellent boarding and catering facilities and supervised prep, helping families achieve that important balance between life at school and home.
