We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Houseparent to join our school. In addition to supporting the Houseparents’ 2 – 3 nights a week, the individual will be required to teach a reduced timetable in their field.

Our boarding facilities are located in the main house and provides a home from home experience for all our boys who are fortnightly boarders. The right candidate will foster a culture which is based on high standards and expectations, both caring and demanding and show commitment to the individual needs of the boys.

In addition to supporting the Houseparents’ 2 – 3 nights a week, the individual will be required to teach a reduced teaching timetable in their chosen field.

We are proud of our excellent reputation, we have wonderful boys and a talented team of supportive colleagues. Living on site gives the houseparent the opportunity to become fully immersed in the extra-curricular life of this busy boys’ fortnightly boarding school which is essential.

This appointment is part of the Ludgrove Pastoral & Teaching team, we offer a generous salary, pension scheme, private medical insurance, first-class resources and the very best facilities for teaching and learning. Single/family accommodation will be provided for the successful applicant.
