The role

We are seeking to appoint an organised and pro-active individual, with excellent communication skills, to provide support to the School’s DFO and act as contact point for the student’s transport services.

The successful candidate will:

§ Manage the DFO’s communications

§ Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion

§ Devise, maintain and monitor administrative and calendar systems

§ Administer Bursary applications

§ Co-ordinate student transport routes with third-party coach company

§ Liaise with teaching and non-teaching colleagues across the School

Closing date for applications: Friday 1st November 2024

Salary: £28,000-32,000.
