Eastbourne College is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded leader to join us as Head of Commercial Development at an exciting time of growth and transformation.

This is a newly created role, established to build on current successful income streams while taking a more strategic and coordinated approach to future growth.

The Head of Commercial Development will play a key part in identifying and delivering new opportunities arising from the estate, ensuring that the College moves from a largely responsive model toward a more proactive, market-led commercial operation that maximises both income and impact.

You will bring proven experience in commercial development and income growth, alongside strong financial and strategic acumen, and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (52 weeks)

Salary: Circa £50,000 (dependent on experience)
