We are looking for a part-time, freelance Head of Admissions to develop our residential leadership programme for intellectually ambitious 16-18 year olds. This is a remote working position with scope for future expansion.
Future Thought Leaders is an education start-up with a mission to equip exceptional 16–18 year-olds to lead society’s response to the most pressing global challenges their generation will face over the next fifty years. Its principal vehicle is an intensive residential leadership programme bringing together intellectually ambitious young people with leading academics, thinkers and practitioners. Delegates present their own research, chair panel discussions, and respond to real-world challenges set by our experts. Each young person leaves the programme with a clear vision of how they will make an impact on society in the twelve months immediately following the programme.
We are looking for a part-time, freelance Head of Admissions to build our admissions process and help us grow into an internationally recognised educational brand. Hours are flexible and sufficiently manageable for this remote working position to be held alongside the postholder's main role. It would suit a (semi-) retired admissions or marketing professional, a mid-career professional looking to take ownership of an exciting project, or an independent school teacher looking to gain experience in this increasingly important area of school life.
