Relief Matron
Winchester College is seeking a number of Relief Matrons to provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and wellbeing support for approximately 70 pupils within our boarding houses, including our new girls’ boarding house, St Cross. This role involves covering the Matron’s 30-hour off-duty period (31 occasions per academic year). The Relief Matron is required to sleep overnight in the boarding house and remain "on call" via mobile phone to respond to emergencies. Candidates ideally will be able to work across at least two houses.
