Reporting to: Director of Operations Hours of work: All year round - Full-Time Please note that this role will require working anti-social hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or public holidays as necessary to meet business needs. Flexibility in working hours is essential. Remuneration: Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per year, depending on experience, plus on-site accommodation
The Role
We are looking to appoint a hard-working, honest, dependable and self-motivated person to work as our school caretaker. You must be friendly, approachable, and willing to uphold the ethos and support the aims and values of our School.
The post holder is required to open up and lock up the buildings and be on-call to assist with any call-outs overnight. The post holder should be empathetic to the educational, as well as the practical requirements of the School and be able to work to tight deadlines, sometimes under demanding conditions with requirements for some weekend working hours. The role also covers duties outside of the School Day
