Flexible hours contracted Pastoral Care Assistants are required to join the team.
Flexible hours contracted Pastoral Care Assistants are required to join the team as soon as possible. The availability to stand in at short notice is essential. Availability of hours will be discussed at interview. Hours covered are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during term time, and so the shifts required could cover evenings, nights and weekends, depending on availability.
The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to work with young people and be pro-active in their pastoral care. There will be a full induction provided upon start of employment.
