Russell House is a friendly IAPS school near Sevenoaks in Kent. We have a reputation for academic excellence and for encouraging children to achieve beyond expectations in academic work as well as in music, art, drama and sport.

Russell House is an independent prep school which provides the best possible start for every child. We have just 200 girls and boys aged from 2 to 11, enabling children to feel secure, happy and confident within a delightfully warm, friendly environment. We offer a wide breadth of subjects and activities, pursued to the highest levels. We have consistently high expectations of every child which leads them to achieve remarkable results. We are based in Otford, near Sevenoaks in Kent. Children move on from Russell House to grammar and independent secondary schools in areas including Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Orpington, Bromley and Dartford. We have a long track record of success in selection tests at 11, entry exams and scholarships. Sport, music and the arts are integral to life at our prep school and we encourage active participation and involvement in all these areas, enabling children to find and develop their skills and talents across many fields.
