The Head is seeking to appoint an inspiring and experienced practitioner to lead our Academic Support Department. The purpose of this department is not to act as a substitute for classroom instruction, but to empower both staff and pupils. You will lead a dedicated team of specialists in identifying, monitoring, and supporting pupils who may be struggling with elements of the academic curriculum; ensuring that every child, regardless of specific learning differences, has the tools to excel.
