This role is ideal for someone who values compassionate care and is comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive, close-knit team. You do not need to have all the experience already - full training and guidance will be provided. What matters most to us is your approach: reassuring , attentive, and committed to children's wellbeing.
What the role is like:
- You will be onsite overnight, responding if a pupil needs help with diabetes care or reassurance
- You will follow clear healthcare plans and work closely with the school's nursing team and boarding staff
- Most nights are quiet, but your presence provides essential peace of mind for pupils and parents.
- You will hand over to day staff in the morning, knowing you've helped keep pupils safe and well
