Radley College is looking to appoint a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its Domestic Services team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and support a team of housekeeping staff, helping to maintain the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the College.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a proactive individual who can lead by example, ensure cleaning standards are met, support staff development, and contribute to the smooth running of the housekeeping operation.

We are looking for someone with supervisory experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Hours: 8.00am to 2.45pm, Monday to Friday (31 hours per week).
