Radley College Sports Centre have an opportunity for a Duty Manager to join the team.
We’re excited to be looking for an enthusiastic and driven Duty Manager to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy and successful commercial operation.
Based at the Sports Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our facilities—working alongside a supportive team and leading from the front. On shift, you’ll supervise leisure assistants and casual lifeguards, ensuring everything runs smoothly across the Sports Centre and wider College facilities, while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
About you
You’re a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring energy, positivity, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. With great communication and organisational skills, you’re confident leading others and keeping operations running efficiently. Flexibility is key, as the role includes evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Key details
- 40 hours per week (rota basis)
- Evenings and some weekend work required
Qualifications
Ideally, you will hold a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification), or be willing to complete this through our next available course. All team members are required to maintain an up-to-date NPLQ.
