ABOUT THE ROLE

Job title:

Send Learning Support Assistant (Intervention)

Job purpose:

We are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to pupils with Special Educational Needs in our Pre-Prep setting (ages 2–6). Working closely with individual pupils and class teachers, the successful candidate will support learning through one-to-one sessions, small-group work, and in-class support, ensuring pupils can access the curriculum and engage confidently in all aspects of school life.

Reporting to:

Head of Learning Support/SENCO

Hours:

8.30am – 4.30pm – term time only

Required:

As soon as possible

Salary:

Competitive salary scale, depending on skills and experience.

£21,994 – £25,628 (FTE £29,325 - £34,170)
