Part-Time Receptionist

Kingston Grammar School are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join in September 2026.

The Receptionist will be based in the Sixth Form building and will be the first point of call for visitors to the Sixth Form Centre, including students, staff and parents. The Receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.

This role is offered on part-time basis of c. 4 – 8 hours per week initially, to provide capacity in this area. Exact hours to be discussed at interview.

The closing date for applications is Monday 24th August 2026. The school reserves the right to commence the interview process at any time prior to the closing date so early application is recommended.

Prior to interview, an online search will be conducted to identify any past or current incidents or issues that might affect your suitability to work with children and undertake this role. This is in line with guidance in Keeping Children Safe in Education.
