We are seeking to appoint a vibrant and engaging Foundation Engagement Executive who will play a key supportive role in shaping the future of the Hurst Foundation.
The Hurst Foundation unites parents, pupils, and alumni under one banner to celebrate shared heritage and promote a culture of philanthropy. With over 3,000 active members, our online platform is a hub for alumni stories, College news, events, archives, and more.
What You’ll Get Involved With:
- Managing and Growing Our Community: Oversee and expand engagement on ToucanTech, our Foundation database, through creative communication and events.
- Developing Meaningful Relationships: Build strong bonds with alumni and the wider Hurst community to uphold and enhance the College’s outstanding reputation.
- Contributing to the Communications Strategy: Working closely with the Director of Foundation to build strategic communication channels, celebrating the achievements of the Foundation, College and its alumni and to increase the number of donors and encourage regular gifting.
What We Offer You:
- Competitive Salary: £28,409 per year (Term-time + 4 weeks contract).

- Membership of the College’s contributory pension scheme with The Pensions Trust. The College will double the employee’s pension contribution up to 7.5% (i.e. the maximum total contributions will be 22.5%).
