The successful candidate will:
- Be innovative, proactive, organised and place the needs of the young people at the forefront of everything they do.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, or related field.
- Have extensive previous experience in teaching Mathematics at GCSE Level.
- Be committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
- Have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Be experienced in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
