We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive and personable Head's EA, Events & Logistics Coordinator & Extended Day Coordinator to join our vibrant school community.
We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive and personable Head's EA, Events & Logistics Coordinator & Extended Day Coordinator to join our vibrant school community. Working at the heart of the school, this pivotal role provides confidential support to the Head, oversees the smooth operation of the Head’s Office, and leads on the coordination of the school calendar, events programme, recruitment administration and Extended Day provision. The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator, able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring that the many moving parts of a busy school run seamlessly and professionally.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 30th August, 2026 with interviews taking place during the week commencing Monday 7th September ; however, we will assess applications as they come in and may withdraw the vacancy before this date so early application is recommended.
