Mount Kelly is seeking an outstanding and inspiring Head of Hockey to lead the development and delivery of its boys’ and girls’ hockey programmes.

Hockey is a major sport at Mount Kelly and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality coaching, strong player development pathways and a competitive fixture programme across the School. Working closely with the Director of Sport, the Head of Hockey will play a central role in shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high‑performing hockey culture.

The role combines programme leadership, elite coaching and operational management, including coaching the 1st XI in both seasons, staff development, fixtures, competitions, and the continued development of the Hockey Academy and talent pathways.
