Part-time | Term-time only | Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 4.00pm-6.00pm

We are seeking a reliable and approachable After-School Supervisor to oversee our Senior School Library after school. The successful candidate will create a calm and productive environment where pupils can study, read and complete academic work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising pupils aged 11-18 in the library after school.

Promoting positive behaviour and independent study habits.

Ensuring pupil safety, welfare and safeguarding at all times.

Monitoring attendance and managing signing-in/signing-out procedures.

Supporting the effective use of library resources and facilities.

Maintaining a well-organised and welcoming learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, strong communication skills, good judgement and the ability to remain calm and professional in a supervisory role. Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities is essential.
