The successful candidate will be required to teach core and foundation subjects, to act a form teacher and display a willingness to make a meaningful contribution to the pastoral, extra-curricular and wider co-curricular life of the school.
The role will likely be based in KS2 initially but may involve teaching across other year groups in Key Stage 1 and/or 2 in the future.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of pedagogical skill and knowledge as well as an understanding of the responsibilities of the role and the wider educational landscape. They will be professional and dedicated and will be able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who can display organisational skills, composure under pressure and has a positive approach to the role.

Reporting line: Day‑to‑day to the Head of Pre‑Prep & Junior School; ultimate responsibility to the Headmaster.
