Pinewood School offers an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful country Prep School in the new role of Head of Grounds. This role will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our 84 acre site which includes extensive sports pitches, astros, gardens, woodlands, ponds and wildlife habitats.

This role will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our 84 acre site which includes extensive sports pitches, astros, gardens, woodlands, ponds and wildlife habitats.
The role is also responsible for the management of our Grounds Team of 3 which includes Grounds Operatives and a skilled Gardener.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for grounds maintenance and be keen to lead, develop and support a team.

Hours Required: 37.5 hours per week all year round usually to be worked as 8 hours per day Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm to include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
5 weeks paid holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.
Salary Scale: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
