The Lower School Administrator supports the work of the Senior School Office and, in particular, provides administrative support to the Head of Lower School, as well as supporting and working collaboratively with the School Office Manager in the effective day-to-day management of the Senior School Office.

Forest School is seeking to appoint a professional and organised individual to support the Senior School Office as the Lower School Administrator. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, initiative, and a genuine commitment to contributing to the wider life of the School.

The role provides high‑quality administrative support to the Head of Lower School and works closely with the School Office Manager to support the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the Senior School Office. The post requires the ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a busy school environment.

Applicants should have experience in a front‑facing receptionist, customer service, or administrative role and be confident communicating with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team are essential.
