The Teacher of Drama will be an accomplished and dynamic practitioner, responsible for delivering exceptional teaching across Key Stages 3–5.
The Teacher of Drama will be an accomplished and dynamic practitioner, responsible for delivering exceptional teaching across Key Stages 3–5. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of securing outstanding outcomes at GCSE and A Level and will play a key role in shaping and developing an ambitious, forward-thinking curriculum. They will inspire pupils through intellectually rigorous and creatively engaging teaching, fostering a deep appreciation of Drama and performance. A commitment to high expectations, academic excellence, and the nurturing of individual talent is essential.
Beyond the classroom, the Teacher of Drama will contribute fully to a vibrant co-curricular programme, including the direction of high-quality productions and the development of partnerships with professional theatres and practitioners. They will be an enthusiastic and collaborative member of the department, dedicated to enriching the cultural life of the school and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential.
