As our Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the Foundation—supporting managers and staff with employee relations, recruitment, payroll processes, and HR systems, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
Hours of Work : 37 hours per week and 52 weeks per year
Salary : £32,549-£35,507 per annum (with cost of living pay award pending from 01/09)
