We are currently seeking to fill the position of Admissions Officer (Visitor Experience).
This is a full time role (37.5hrs/weeks) covering a maternity leave on a fixed term basis.
We are seeking a high-energy, emotionally intelligent Admissions Officer (Visitor Experience) to join our world-class team. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment and conversion journey for prospective day and boarding families.You will be the face of the school, designing gold-standard online and on-campus experiences that leave families with zero reasons to look anywhere else.
What you will deliver :
- Design and deliver a flawless visitor experience—from bespoke campus tours and virtual webinars to immersive open days and taster events.
- Manage a diverse domestic and international pipeline, turning inquiries into confirmed enrolments .
- Champion relationships with top feeder schools and international education agents to naturally grow our top-of-funnel student pipeline.
- Become a fluent expert in our premium educational pathways (including IB, GCSE, and Postgraduate options) to authentically inspire prospective families.
- Recruit and mentor a standout team of Pupil Ambassadors and Staff Tour Guides, while orchestrating a seamless transition into school life for new families.
- Travel domestically and internationally during peak recruitment seasons to represent the school, track competitor trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
