Queen Anne’s School in Caversham is a leading independent boarding and day school for girls, aged 11-18, based in the centre of Caversham.
The School is looking for an organised and friendly minibus driver to provide pick-up and drop-off services at the start and end of the School day.
In particular, the candidate will need to support the School’s Transport provision during term time (34 weeks) by picking up students to arrive for the start of school (8.10am) each morning and returning them after school (from 6.15pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays and from 4.15pm on Wednesday and Friday’s). Routes take around one hour in each direction. Additional driving for school trips may also be arranged, in agreement with the successful candidate.
The role would be suitable for job share.
Essential requirements:
- Driving License with no endorsements
- Excellent time keeping skills and punctuality
- Calm under pressure
- Friendly manner and enthusiastic approach
Salary: an hourly rate of 14 p/h will be offered.
