The learning support department works with pupils across the full age range from Year 7 to Upper Sixth. All lessons are taught on an individual, 1:1 basis. Pupils receive bespoke support tailored to meet a range of specific learning needs.

Description

The department consists of the head of learning support, two further learning support teachers and a learning support assistant. It has a close working relationship with a specialist teacher assessor, who visits school regularly.

The department works in collaboration with colleagues from all subject departments, boarding house staff, and with the examinations office, school health centre, counsellors and counselling psychologist.
