An exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate SENCo to lead Learning Enrichment at Parkside School. This role will suit someone who is committed to helping pupils fulfil their potential within a nurturing, ambitious school environment.
The Head of Learning Enrichment is responsible for leading and developing Parkside’s provision for pupils with additional learning needs, English as an Additional Language, and those requiring academic stretch and challenge. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents and external professionals to identify barriers to learning, support pupil progress, and embed inclusive, adaptive teaching across the school.
Alongside overseeing day-to-day provision, you will contribute strategically to whole-school inclusion, pupil wellbeing and academic progress, ensuring all pupils are known, supported and able to succeed.
