We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Boarding Houseparent.

The Role:

As a Boarding Houseparent your primary responsibility will be to supervise, nurture, and guide pupils within your house, fostering an environment where they can reach their true potential in every aspect of school life. Reporting to the Deputy Head Pastoral and Senior Mistress, you will work closely with House Tutors and the House Matron to create a warm, supportive atmosphere where every pupil feels welcomed, respected, and valued.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, QTS (desirable not essential) and strong evidence of continuous professional development.
• Proven track record of excellence in an education setting, previous experience in a similar boarding/pastoral role highly desirable.
• Genuine interest in ensuring every pupil reaches their potential.
