The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and place the needs of the young people at the forefront of everything they do. They will demonstrate an obvious passion for their subject, be inspiring in their approach, and show a strong commitment to excellence—both in their own practice and in driving the success of the department

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fine Art or closely related subject.

QTS (desirable, not essential).

Ability to teach up to A-Level, with excellent previous results.

Proven track record of excellence in an education setting.

Strong evidence of continuous professional development
